FAQs

The things managers ask us first

How many residents can join a session?

Group size is flexible. Most homes run sessions with 8–15 residents so everyone gets individual attention, but we can work with smaller groups or split a larger home into two sittings on the same visit.

Do we need any equipment or space?

No. We bring everything with us — bands, soft balls and music. All we need is a lounge or activity room with chairs that can be arranged in a circle or semicircle.

Can residents with limited mobility or dementia take part?

Yes. Every exercise has a seated and supported version, and our trainers adapt on the spot. We'll always speak to your team beforehand about anyone who needs particular care.

Are your trainers insured and DBS checked?

Every trainer in our network is qualified, insured and DBS checked. We're happy to share certificates and risk assessments with your home before the first visit.

How often should we book?

Weekly works best — residents build strength and confidence through repetition, and the session becomes a fixture in the week. Fortnightly and one-off sessions are also available.

What does it cost?

Pricing depends on your location, group size and how often you'd like us. Get in touch and we'll send a simple quote — and your first session is free, so you can see how residents respond before committing.
